Return Window

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-returnable Items
Gift cards and final-sale items (if marked) are not returnable.

• Item(s) you want to return
• Reason for return
• Photos if the item is damaged/defective

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
